A 7 day Despensa includes: 1kg Beans, 1kg Rice, 1kg lentils, 1kg sugar, 1kg oatmeal, 1kg flour, 1kg corn meal, 1kg salt, 1 liter oil, 1 liter milk, 4 cans of tuna fish, 1 loaf of bread, 1 box of cereal, 5 pasta packets, 4 cans of tomatoe puree
